I Have Pain In My Right Side Of My Penis

I have pain in my right side of my penis along my spermatic cord. I was treated for 7 days with levofloxin. Then went back to the DR and they ran more blood and urine tests even after the urine culture came back negative for Chlamydia Gonorrhea. Second Dr placed me on 14 days of Septra. I have also finished that course of treatment. pain is the same. tried anti-inflammatory medications not much relief. I am waiting to hear the results of the ultrasound of the scrotum. But still in a lot of pain I am 56 yo Male no history of any STI. no dysuria, difficulty urinating. Some chills last week w/o fever. CBC was unremarkable WBC 2.8.
I have been sterile all my life. my testicles are hypotrophic and generally located superior to my scrotum.
