I Have Pain In My Shoulder As A Result Of

I have pain in my shoulder as a result of a fall three weeks ago. Heat hasn't helped. It does not hurt badly when I raise my arm to the side or in front. The pain is mostly when I reach across my body . I am allergic to aspirin so I do not take ibuprofen. Tylenol isn't helpfil
