I Have Pain In My Stomach Going To The Upper

I have pain in my stomach going to the upper right side. It gets better and then worse. It is more like an ache not a sharp pain. It has been going on for 6 weeks now. I had an ultrasound of my stomach liver gallbladder and spleen, they say normal. So whats the pain from?
