I Have Pain In My Tail Bone Left Buttock And

I have pain in my tail bone left buttock and upper part of left leg it does not resemble sciatica as I have had that before and it goes away when I sit however if I lay flat it kind of feel like mu upper leg is going numb any ideas? I was told Bursitis and given Cortisone shot but no relief
