I Have Pain In My Throat While Swallowing As Well

I have pain in my throat while swallowing as well as the larynx being both tender to the touch and slightly painful when I look from side to side. I sprayed some breath freshener in my mouth this morning and I think it may have been old. Any help would be great! Thanks!
