I Have Pain In My Upper Chest, With Swelling, And

I have pain in my upper chest, with swelling, and pain in my back around my scapula. It started after a deep tissue massage yesterday. The masseur did press very hard in that area. Could it be a broken rib? It is very painful, and hurts to take a breath.
