I Have Pain In My Upper Left Abdomen. I Almost

I have pain in my upper left abdomen. I almost feels like it burns. Sometimes it will spread across the whole upper abdomen. I take Zantac and that gets rid of it for a day, but then it comes back. I have given up carbonated sodas. One day I ate a pizza for supper and it really bothered me that night. Otherwise I am healthy.
