I Have Pain In My Upper Region Of My Sternum.

I have pain in my upper region of my sternum. dull, achy.no pain anywhere else. no nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or fainting. I do have history of CAD, PVC. had heart stent placed 4 years ago. I am on disability and limited budget, so I don't have money to put into this.
