I Have Pain In Right Lower Abdomen Right Where Spermatic

I have pain in right lower abdomen right where spermatic cord goes side of things upto testicles... It's around 2 years ... I have tested all no stone .no blood flow decrease from collar dopler...no harnia during physical check..couldn't found out .? Plz answer what it would be..
