I Have Pain In Right Shoulder And Recent Blood Test

I have pain in right shoulder and recent blood test indicated elevated BUN and bun-creatinine ratio..could these be related? Also have been previously diagnosed withe overlap syndrome; and also was treated for diverticulitis...could either be causing the shoulder pain?
