I Have Pain In Right Shoulder Down To Elbow. I

I have pain in right shoulder down to elbow. I have pain in right upper stomach. It is easing up now. I am a 72 yr. old woman with no heart problems. I have read women’s symptoms are different than men’s. Is this something I should be concerned about?
