I Have Pain In Right Side Right At Bottom Of

I have pain in right side right at bottom of rib cage. It radiates to back. I had an upper GI and an abdominal sonagram. Doctor says I have fatty liver. Still pain is there. What is possible cause of pain. I also have familial high cholestral and trigycerides. I am allergic to statins. Taking Lovaza.
