I Have Pain In Several Joints In My Body And

I have pain in several joints in my body and stiffness in my muscles. My hands swell slightly as do my feet. On some days I feel like I'm coming down with the flu and I feel rundown.. Sometimes it just that I don't feel right like I'm off kilter just a weird feeling . Pain can sometimes be very painful.
