I Have Pain In The Back Of My Bicep. I

I have pain in the back of my bicep. I can not make a complete circle with my arm if I do it hurts and it gets very weak. I have been having dizzy spells as well. I have not had an injury to my arm nor have I been working out. I work retail and am always putting out stock. Any suggestions ?
