I Have Pain In The Back Of My Left Knee,

I have pain in the back of my left knee, and bottom of the left foot, along with numbness and tingling. I also have been having trouble with exhaustion, and trouble catching my breath. I have coughing fits, and have been left shaking and semi-conscious a couple of times from it. I have muscle spasms that take my breath. Could all this be related?
