I Have Pain In The Back Of My Neck. Sometimes

I have pain in the back of my neck. Sometimes It feels like I can hardly hold my head up. I get ear pain and tooth and jaw pain too. I take OTC pain meds but nothing helps. I have been to a neurologist, an ENT, dentist and a chiropractor. No one has an answer.
