I Have Pain In The Back Of My Neck Which

I have pain in the back of my neck which radiates up the back and sides of my head and also somewhat down my spine. I think I may have pinched a nerve, however, I just had some flashing lights in the upper corner of my right eye when bending over. Anything to be overly concerned about?
