I Have Pain In The Back Part Of My Left

I have pain in the back part of my left upper arm that radiates to my shoulder and neck. Periodically, I have numbness/tingling that travels down my arm to my fingers and up to my shoulder, chest and neck. It is progressively becoming more painful and happening more often.
