I Have Pain In The Front Lower Portion Of My

I have pain in the front lower portion of my leg. almost like an ache, throbbing. I am a very active individual. I used to run up until a few months ago since I had another meniscus surgery on my knee. It now aches at night when I'm sleeping and I can't get a restful good night sleep. any advice is appreciated. thank you
