I Have Pain In The Heel Of My Left Foot...more

I have pain in the heel of my left foot...more so when I walk, I can not put very much pressure on it. When not on my feet at all, I still have pain...more like a painful numbing. Over the weekend the pain started to move up my calf. I don't know if that was mostly because I try to avoid putting any pressure on my heel or not.
