I Have Pain In The Left Back Upper Part Of

I have pain in the left back upper part of my mouth and in the jaw/teeth on my left side and the left side of my tongue feels sore. I felt around and felt a hard bump on the roof of my mouth almost near my tonsil (?) And touching it was so so painful. It hurts to swallow and yawning is excruciating. What is this bump???
