I Have Pain In The Lower Part Of My Breast.

I have pain in the lower part of my breast. It feels like 'burning' under the skin...bit like a poker...there is no redness or any swelling...I noticed it this afternoon...similar..initially...to the 'onset' of a period...thou I havent had one since April...
