I Have Pain In The Rear Of My Left Foot.

I have pain in the rear of my left foot. It's the round bone above my heel. It's slightly swollen and very sore to the touch. I have had this condition a few times in the past. It seems to last about a week, goes away, and returns usuallly about 6 weeks later.
