I Have Pain In The Upper Right Of My Abdomen.

I have pain in the upper right of my abdomen. I have had this same pain in the past. It comes and goes. It is prevalent with breathing deep and with pressure as in leaning on this area. No pain really when no pressure on this area or breathing deep. Please give advice.
