I Have Pain Left Side Under The Breast In The

I have pain left side under the breast in the ribs after I eat. I am post surgery, 14 months, had a paraesophageal hernia went to my doctor because I also have a work injury, pulled muscle along the spleen and under left ribs above the stomach, my pain is a little higher than that. Doctor said gastritis, ordered prescription strength Prilosec. Lab work, elevated calcium, elevated alkaline phosphatase level. Had ultrasound for gall bladder liver and spleen, came back normal. The Prilosec seemed to help, but now it hurts again. My work injury was 8-6-15. Still have pain, even with therapy, it's very inflamed after all this time. My job is mobile X-rays, I lift an X-ray machine in and out of a van and move patients that are ambulatory. That's when I first got the muscle pain. Very frustrated!!!! Thank you for your opinion
