I Have Pain Lower Left Abdomen Started Hardly No Pain

I have pain lower left abdomen started hardly no pain today bad pain tender to touch when I used restroom yesterday felt like a vacuum sucked my intestine out and heard a noise in mt abdomen pain is there all the time now before come and go very tender to touch what is it? should I be concerned? I also have a lot of bloating
