I Have Pain, Muscle Tightness In The Back Of My

I have pain, muscle tightness in the back of my leg above my knee. It's been uncomfortable for a week orvso. Today, while carrying my granddaughter, my knee felt like it gave out. I couldn't bend it and it really hurt. It's difficult to completely straighten my leg. It's very stiff. I'm alternating ice and heat.
