I Have Pain On Left Front Side Of Neck For

I have pain on left front side of neck for years sometimes sharp pain radiates in my neck when I breathe or turn my head. I have been getting a lot of headaches in my occipital area and dull pain behind eye. When I touch my left side of throat where it hurts I feel my pulse and it feels more enlarged than the other side. Sometimes if I look up or try to look behind me or bend down and get up, I get light headed I have an ultrasound on thyroid and it was normal
