I Have Pain On My Left Hip And The Pain

I have pain on my left hip and the pain goes up on my side. Sometimes I wonder if it has anything to do with the surgery I had done in March , I had one of my ovaries remove. On that same side is where they remove the ovary from. The incision was a bit bigger on this side, there's time I still feel a little pain.
