I Have Pain On My Left Side Of My Tummy

I have pain on my left side of my tummy under the rib cage. Feels like a tight ball that crap up and the pain radiates down my my belly button down to the lower tummy opposite of my hip. The feel like vomiting at times but don't. Feel like I've got flu like symptoms. Tied all the time my appetite is off.
