I Have Pain On My Middle Left Side, I Feel

I have pain on my middle left side, I feel like in thinking cloudy... I do drink quite often, but not to the point I feel it's affecting my health. I'm extremely sleepy but look healthy... I fell on my back a couple days ago while I was working out... I don't know what's wrong with me...
