I Have Pain On My Right Shoulder From 3-4 Days.

I have pain on my right shoulder from 3-4 days. I think it occurred as I had slept on floor. Someone recommended me nicip plus as a pain killer, (2) Whenever I use heating pad or massage i get relief from the pain. (3) i am doing some exercise which also brings relief. Pl suggest as I want to get rid of this pain.
