I Have Pain On My Right Side Of Abdomen That

I have pain on my right side of abdomen that wraps around to my back. Pain is enough to keep me from sleeping. no blood in urine, no bruising, no problems with bowel movement. Started sat night disappears almost completely during the day but comes back stronger every night.
