I Have Pain On Or Under My Right Breast As

I have pain on or under my right breast as if I might have torn a pectoral muscle. (?) It hurt to breathe deeply or if I get jostled. It really hurts when I reach upward or try to pull myself up. I've been driving a truck with a tall seat and it's a pain to get up there
