I Have Pain On Right Side About In The Center

I have pain on right side about in the center between front and back it has been ongoing for about7 days at first it is just light pain then it is as if it paralyzres that side for a minute. yesterday i took vicodins it was fine all day and last night but today it was bad when i was just standing and could barely move. it seems like little spasms.
