I Have Pain On The Bottom Of My Right Foot

I have pain on the bottom of my right foot the ball of my foot more or less inbetween the second and middle toe.Its painful and speractic,sometimes when I'm walking, when I'm standing still, it goes away for hours next thing I know it comes back. The pain is right there doesn't move, right there
