I Have Pain On The Left Side Of My Neck

I have pain on the left side of my neck when i turned my head in addition to some left ear pain, aching or tingling in the left arm, aching or tingling in the left leg down into the heal area when in sitting position. On occassion I have nausea. and sinus like pressure when i move my eyes. No issues on the right side at all.
