I Have Pain On The Right Side Of My Back

I have pain on the right side of my back above the buttock area. I also have sharp shooting pain in the stomach area going down past the groin. I just recently started to have numbness on my foot and a light fever. I have lost my appetite for the past three days and the pain is getting worst. The area on the back and the stomach is sore to the touch. Anything I eat makes me nauseated.
