I Have Pain On The Right Side Of My Tail

I have pain on the right side of my tail bone. Some days very bad other days not to bad. My right leg and right side from my waist down - the skin is like numb - anything cold that touches the skin feels really warm. Lower stomach on the right side and lower back on the right side are sensitive to the touch. Nothing makes the odd right side feelings go away.
