I Have Pain On Top Of My Right Feet, Just

I have pain on top of my right feet, just below the little fingers. https://ibb.co/khoSnT as seen in the image; it also has little swelling and little to no redness. It causes pain when i stand, walk or do any physical action. At least putting my feet on higher places helps the pain. I wonder if its a stress fracture or something about veins. I thought you could help me. My lovely doctor.
