I Have Pain Outside ( On The Right) The Throat.

I have pain outside ( on the right) the throat. The throat inside doesn't hurt. When I swallow it feels like I am using the left side of throat only. I have had a cough for two years. When I put my fingers on this painful area it feels lumpy. I have pain behind my right ear down to my throat area.
