I Have Pain Sometimes After Eating, Pain That Starts Under

I have pain sometimes after eating, pain that starts under my left rib cage and radiates to my back left shoulder blade. The pain is intense and nothing seems to ease it except time, It feels like I remember a gallbladder attack, but I have had my gallbladder removed. Any ideas?
