I Have Pain Streaming From My Left Hand Going Up

I have pain streaming from my left hand going up my arm to my neck down my back to my butt. I went to the ER yesterday they checked my heart it is fine took ex-rays of my left side arm and lungs but they said they did not find anything wrong. the pain seems to be getting worst.
