I Have Pain That Started In My Right Abdomen (

I have pain that started in my right abdomen ( it is not my appendix,it was checked, I have had 4 abdominal surgeries.) now it is in my lower back it goes all around lower abdomen and lower back, recently it has gotten so bad I can barley move, and stated pinching in my left groin, hip and buttock, cause my left leg down to my foot to have a tingle sensation. Could scar tissue be causing pain? or is it I am overweight I am 5'10" and weigh 170 ?
I have gotten MRI, x-rays, CT scans, ultra sounds. I do have a "dehydrated disc" but they don't see how that caused they amount of pain I am in. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis years ago, and am on the depo shot to help.
I have done physical therapy, helped a little.
