I Have Pain That Started On Right Side Of Stomach

I have pain that started on right side of stomach and now has moved to the left side as well, left is currently the most painful. i have been told i have a belly button hernia and that is what causes the pains. however with the last few bowl movements, i have noticed a lot of blood on the paper.
