I Have Pain That Started On The Side Of My

I have pain that started on the side of my left calf. I've had ultrasound for DVT, xrays for tumors on the bones, MRIs, CAT scans, you name it I've had it. I also have pain under my left glut at the same time as the pain on the side of my left calf. I've had PT for everything you can think of. The latest is for my piriformis muscle constricting my sciatic nerve. I've had these pain for over 3 years. I've only had back pain the last 6 months and it's intermittent. Everyone I've gone to is at a lost be it physician or therapist. HELP please.
