I Have Pain That Starts In My Collar Bones Then

I have pain that starts in my collar bones then it shoots down to my lower stomach and it literally feels like someone cut a perfect line right in the middle. Other Symptoms: headaches, Shakiness, lump feeling between collarbones, and very hormonal and constant crying.
