I Have Pain Under My Left Foot. It’s Under My

I have pain under my left foot. It’s under my heel and runs down the outside of my foot almost to my small toes. I also have a hard lump on the outside of my foot opposite the arch. It’s on the side of my foot. I’ve had this problem for several weeks and thought I could tough it out, but it’s getting worse. What do you think it may be?
