I Have Pain Under My Left Ribs After I Urinate.

I have pain under my left ribs after I urinate. Urinating is difficult, but doesn't hurt. There's a weird sound when I urinate...amost sort of a whistling sound. I start and stop urinating several times. I have had cancer three times and have a permanent ostomy.
