I Have Pain When I Urinate And It Feels Kind

I have pain when I urinate and it feels kind of like water retention, so it stops during flow even though it still feels like I need to go and the last couple of times when I have wiped there has been an orangey/pinky discharge. I have had unprotected sex about four times in last month with three different men. Could this be linked? What might this be? Should I be worried?
